The Speaker waived the Transportation Committee referral for the                                    
following at the request of Representative Holm, Co-chair:                                          
                                                                                                    
    SENATE BILL NO. 77                                                                              
    "An Act naming the William Ransom Wood Centennial Bridge in                                     
    Fairbanks."                                                                                     
                                                                                                    
    (SB 77 is similar to HB 147.)                                                                   
                                                                                                    
SB 77 was removed from the Transportation Committee and referred                                    
to the Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
